They provided bottled water, toiletries, and separate towels for the pool. The pool area was also immaculate, it looked like a travel brochure picture every single day. They have a bar by the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's very reasonably priced and was honestly better than the food and cocktails at very expensive restaurants: delicious and really well presented. It's a really short walk to central Fira and is even closer to a supermarket and a place to get good gyros (Golden Grill). Last but definitely not least, the staff we great! They were really helpful and attentive, but would also have a bit more of a friendly chat which made the vibe comfortable and friendly. I can't believe the quality of the stay we had, especially for the price... I'd expect to pay twice as much for that quality. I'm blown away by everything.

The terraced complex consists of rooms built in accordance with the traditional local architecture. All rooms feature sea view balcony, air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. this property is an absolute gem, an oasis in a busy island, magnificent views, the staff were lovely and helped us get food at 11pm when we had a really disruptive travel day. can’t recommend it enough

Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it. Easy access by bus from here to all parts of the Island.

Great service, super helpful staff who organised transfers, quad bike hire, bus routes and timetables, anything we needed! Great room, clean, good AC! Perfectly located in Fira! Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. We had a very warm welcome with a free upgrade to a luxury suit. The hotel facilities were exceeding any expectations, we even didn’t manage to use all of them during our 3-day stay. The service is excellent, deserving 6 stars ⭐️ out of 5. The hotel is perfectly located in 3 min walking from Kamari beach while being distant enough from the main promenade.
