The position is on a bay just behind Skala (few minutes by walk) that is very quiet and relaxing.. The apartment was very clean and every day was cleaned and the fridge refilled for breakfast. Comfortable beds, super friendly and attentive hosts with whom we had useful and prompt communication. Self-catering with "support": we have found all we needed for a nice breakfast, and not only a welcome drink but also a cake on our second day, oh such a sweet touch! Last but not least, we have been offered free pick ups since you better be shown your way, not required but very much appreciated.

They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

Delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast with homemade products on the roof top balcony terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Grikos bay. Room nicely decorated, comfortable bed, plus little balcony with partial sea view. Very good location of hotel, in the peaceful and charming fishing village of Grikos, half way between the lively port town of Skala and the main hill town of Hora with the famous fortress Monastry. Special thanks: A good example of the helpful and kind nature of the owners is when I realised whilst on the boat back to Samos that I had forgotten one of my bags at the hotel with all my ID papers which I needed for my flight the next day from Samos to Athens. In a very efficient manner they took all necessary action and procedures and managed to send it via courrier package on the next boat; I was able to receive it later the same evening, thus enabling me to take my flight as scheduled! Very grateful and thankful. Look forward to coming back.

The air-conditioned studios Irene have tiled floors and simple furnishings. They come equipped with a satellite TV and a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Each has a private balcony with views over the village of Netia. I had a great stay at Studios Irene! I got in on a really late ferry, and Irene contacted me in advance to make sure I knew how to get to the hostel and how to get my keys. I left on a very late ferry too, and she let me stay in the room for free because it was still available! A nice cozy place to spend your time in Patmos, and a great place to go back to after seeing the Cave of the Apocalypse, Monastery of St. John, etc.

Captain's House Hotel is a 2-star hotel located 50 metres from Skala Port of Patmos Island, and 50 metres from the port at the picturesque Konsolato. It offers a swimming pool and has a spacious furnished courtyard. It was absolutely beautiful The staff and the breakfast and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in . The view was amazing and right on the water .
