The passcode for the door was given to us on the day of check-in and everything worked out easily. Our apartment was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had the best balcony. The owners were very responsive, they’ve kept in touch before and throughout our stay. I was worried about parking but it was never a problem on the streets nearby.

Everything was perfect. The checking was really easy, the location is ideal, in the centre yet still really calm. The breakfast and rooftop were super nice. The room is decorated with a lot of taste and is very clean. I would like to add that the staff was so nice, it made our stay extremely pleasant. Cherry on top for the spa bath on our balcony.
Excellent hotel, exceeded all my expectations. I was only going to stay for 3 days but decided to stay for another 3. I would like to highlight the friendliness and goodwill of manager Lena and collaborator Mina in all my requests, which are always responded to immediately. The hotel is excellent, spacious, very clean and in an ideal location, close to the beach and Malia's bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets just a few meters away. I recommend it 100%.

The apartments are in an ideal location in the middle of the seafront on Plakias Bay. Everything was exactly as described plus fresh decor and spotlessly clean! It was a good place to be in itself, and a good base from which to visit other towns and villages.

Delicious breakfasts can be enjoyed on the terrace by the pool with a beautiful view of the sea. In the evening, the restaurant serves very tasty meals at a reasonable price. Everything about the apartment is perfect! When we arrived, the owner's son came to open the door for us. He had brought fresh fruit for us and was very kind. The location of the apartment is ideal! It is situated in a charming neighborhood within walking distance of supermarkets, various beaches, the harbor, and the old town of Chania. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Finally, we greatly enjoyed the spacious balcony. We would recommend the apartment to anyone!
Amazing room, view and service from Ilias. Very clean and serviced every other day which was a real bonus. The location was ideal for us (slightly out of Chania so quieter, but close enough for a good sunset walk into the centre)
