Staff were excellent in a crisis! Our stay was v curtailed as we were woken by staff in the middle of the night as our room had flooded due to exceptional circumstances. We were asked to gather our belongings and taken to a v good hotel on the harbour front. All was organised for us and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank the staff enough!
