It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Greece. The newly renovated hotel, clean, comfortable, with everything you need, close to the suburban train and most importantly, excellent staff. 1. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and everything was fresh and well made, dining area nicely laid out, great staff. 2. Coffee machine, bottled water, fresh fruit are available 24/7 for free in the breakfast area 3. Great location 1 minute walk from Monastiraki metro station 4. Although located in an extremely busy passage, the rooms are very quiet 5. There is an incomparably wonderful roof terrace on the 5th/6th floor with amazing views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon 🏛️. 6. High speed Wi-Fi is available in every room 7. The room was well appointed/comfortable, light and airy with a good ambience, the facilities were top notch and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 8. Extremely friendly reception staff and especially Christina Metakou for her warm and friendly welcome and the fact that she fulfilled all our requests and we thank her very much. Many thanks to Faye who understood when there was a minor mix up with our taxi. We thank the cleaning staff very much. We will definitely come back to this place again.

Located in the centre of Athens, just less than 1 km from Omonia Square and a 8-minute walk from Monastiraki Square, WUKELA APARTMENTS provides accommodation with garden views and free WiFi. The property has city and quiet street views, and is 700 metres from Monastiraki Railway Station. The apartment features family rooms. I'm usually not one to spam hyperboles, but this was honestly one of the best hotel/ lodging experience I've ever had. A+ location, fantastic terrace view of the Acropolis, impeccably clean studio [with a lovely aesthetic] with all the amenities I would've wanted. On that note, I can't not mention the kind welcome gifts [in my experience, in these sorts of cases, the host just provides a cheap, store-bought bottle of wine. This was *not* the case here - the wine was genuinely good] and even a tiny detail such as the paper towels being at least 3, if not 4-ply [it might seem irrelevant, but to me, it just showed the level of commitment to not skimping on guests' comfort]. As for the host, he couldn't have been more helpful /considerate. Aside from his quick WhatsApp replies and clear instructions, he even went the extra mile and a) allowed us to leave our luggage in his office past the check-out time and b) truly saved the day by hooking us up with a taxi ride to the airport, despite the request being super last-minute. Seriously, if you're looking for a place to stay in Athens, I highly recommend Wukela Apts. I promise you you won't regret it ^^

The apartment location was fantastic! everything was within walking distance! and it was too quiet at night, we had very good sleep there. It was super clean. I usually don't use the towels in hotels but I didn't have any excuses to not use the towels they've provided as they seemed so clean and hygiene!
