It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Greece. The newly renovated hotel, clean, comfortable, with everything you need, close to the suburban train and most importantly, excellent staff. 1. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and everything was fresh and well made, dining area nicely laid out, great staff. 2. Coffee machine, bottled water, fresh fruit are available 24/7 for free in the breakfast area 3. Great location 1 minute walk from Monastiraki metro station 4. Although located in an extremely busy passage, the rooms are very quiet 5. There is an incomparably wonderful roof terrace on the 5th/6th floor with amazing views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon 🏛️. 6. High speed Wi-Fi is available in every room 7. The room was well appointed/comfortable, light and airy with a good ambience, the facilities were top notch and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 8. Extremely friendly reception staff and especially Christina Metakou for her warm and friendly welcome and the fact that she fulfilled all our requests and we thank her very much. Many thanks to Faye who understood when there was a minor mix up with our taxi. We thank the cleaning staff very much. We will definitely come back to this place again.

The aparthotel has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. It is @ the heart of the Athens city, hence commuting to all attractions are in walk-able distance. There are pamphlets and small orientation given while doing the check-in on the available facilities around the hotel. The staffs were attentive and very hospitable. Rooms were ultra clean and cleaning done every day. The restaurant on the ground floor serves the Breakfast and the food served all are very good. the restaurant also offers lunch and dinner and the staff are very courteous and you could experience the Greek hospitality. Though the breakfast timing start @7:30, i requested for a packed breakfast as we were going to visit Delphi, it was made within 10 mins and packed well and kept ready when we started around 7:20. There were no milk powder available for making coffee, it was provided on request. We had a complaint about the shower, though it took a while to fix it, they did take the efforts to get it fixed. As it was in the centre of the city, you can do shopping, find eateries, go to the flea market, museums, attractions and all just by walking. The bed is comfortable for a couple and also there is a makeshift sofa bed which can accomodate 2 kids as well. Overall it was a good comfortable stay in Urban Suites.
