We booked this place primarily for its location as we had an early flight. It was ideal. It is away from the city centre, and just 15 mins from the airport. Nice neighborhood; and there are good restaurants within walking distance. The place was VERY clean. I was instantly comfortable staying here.
The apartment is in a good location around the corner from the high road . A lovely bakers, cake shop and mini supermarket only a few metres away . In the opposite direction is the beach only minutes away. Lots of restaurants open all year. The apartment is ideal for two people. Comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and very clean. We will return next time we are in Artemidia.
The location is lovely, close to the beach and shops. Nice sea view from the balcony. Owner was very friendly and helpful, issue with the cooker was dealt with speadily even though it was Sunday evening. Very clean when we arrived. Apartment was a good size, air conditioning kept it cool. Would definitely stay again if returning to this area
The closeness into the airport is a fabulous location The Neighbourhood is very very quiet. It’s very very clean The bathroom Needs the shelf bolted in to be able to put the soap dish, shampoo body wash etc but the bathroom is spotless
Perfect location close to the airport. Ideal for a short stopover when you have a few hours or a day between flights. Very friendly owners and a lovely breakfast provided. Shuttle to and from the airport is available at a fair price. Rooms are very well equipped and spotless. Highly recommended to all. We will definitely return.

A very nice house at a superb location, literally by the seaside. The house is spacious, very clean and convenient. It is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for families or friends. The owner welcomed us and provided all amenities and info about the house and the area. Great stay, highly recommended!
The free airport shuttle is a great service, and was one of the main reasons I chose the Avra. I also needed a hotel close to where my ferry left, so the location is ideal. The room faced the sea and had a lovely view, and a small balcony which was a bonus. Some guests on my floor were a bit noisy late at night (though this was not the hotel's fault). The room was very clean, with a nice bathroom, a good hairdryer and bottled water in the mini-fridge. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Ideal location for airport, transport arranged by Natalie for a good price and it takes only 20 minutes. Spotless apartment, comfortable bed, plenty of food for the breakfast. Beautiful garden and very quite location.
