Breakfast at the hotel is nice, there is a lot to choose from.

The property was in a perfect location for walking and for restaurants and bars. Next to the picturesque river. Tea, coffee and water supplied and the owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Spotlessly clean too.
The host is very friendly and helpful. We have got everything we need. All things are working perfectly and you have 24/7 supermarket and pharmacy in front of the building. The location is close to everything(bus station, city centre is 15mins walking only ….and attractions) we loved our stay there. We definitely recommend it😊😊❤️❤️ Oh, the balcony has a beautiful view and was very clean and secure for kids ❤️

Nice location in a quiet and peaceful place, close to the city center (10 minutes walk). The rooms and common areas are very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast.
Very clean and cozy house, close to the center but in very quiet location. Has nice terrace to stay in the evening. Bath/toilet is shared but there are few of them on the floor and they are very clean, so it's not a big deal. Has small corner to make tea or coffee, can use washing machine. My window had a very green garden view. Sure I would come back to stay there for a quiet time spending.

The location of this hotel is ideal!! Right next to Budget Georgia tourist office from where most of the tours start. There are many restaurants and cafes within 2 min walking distance. We had a spacious room with a balcony and there was a nice view of the street. the host was also very friendly.
