Hugh, modern, great linens, great washer AND dryer. Garage was convenient even if a little narrow--definitely doable. Location just wonderful. Host could not have been nicer. Clean, nicely furnished 1bedroom, bed and linens excellent ,  kitchen, well-stocked, two laundry, soaps for excellent laundry machines , spacious, close proximity to train station and historic sites. Excellent Wi-Fi -when activating press the Wi-Fi button, then press the middle to activate.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 300 metres from Hospices Civils de Beaune. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The property is within walking distance to the town center. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The owner/host, named Fred, provided the best service during breakfast, which is served in a separate little kitchen area. He helped with dinner reservations before we arrived and offered to find a nearby place for laundry. Don’t hesitate to stay here! We’d gladly stay here again if we come back.

Lovely cheerful and friendly host who provided the most amazing breakfast. Very stylish and spacious room. We appreciated the use of an extremely well equipped kitchen for our preparing our evening aperos. Great location for visiting the surrounding villages and domaines for wine and food. Beaune market on Saturday is fantastic, busy but worth a visit.

Beautiful village house in the garden, very quiet place, nice, very friendly and helpful hosts.

Parking was in a private garage near to the house. The bathroom and shower were very new and modern. Very safe and super quiet with the entrance facing a courtyard and having to go through three locked doors to get to the room.
