There was a selection of toys in the children’s room - such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated by our two girls. Breakfast was great and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating despite our lack of French skills. 100% recommend this little gem!

Very cozy, boutique-type hotel, pleasant host, nicely decorated room and very big bathroom. The host in advance gave us an impressive list of sightseeing which was a pleasant surprise. The warm atmosphere of breakfast was particularly special. The hotel is also very close to the beach and city center.

Lovely little flat. The pictures are accurate but in person I found it just much nicer than I'd expected,i just felt very comfortable there. Very clean. Good quiet location (note that you of course need to be respectful of the neighbours, don't come here to have a loud party) Key pickup is quite simple. I stayed for just one night but it would be absolutely ideal for a week or even more, for a single traveller or couple, because although it's small it has what you need and is a really nice space.

It was a really nice flat, spacious, well equipped, tastefully modernised, very clean, and in an ideal location. The double bed was easily long enough (I'm 2 metres / 6 feet 7 inches), the washbasin was lovely and big, and the orange shower was spectacular. The owners' shop is directly opposite, and any help needed was immediately available. I'd definitely rent it again.

Absolute gem with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I booked a standard twin room and on arrival was offered a free upgrade to a superior twin room by a lovely lady on reception. Our room was perfect, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for walking around Rouen. We were travelling on motorbikes but the hotel has a very secure gated carpark. I would definitely stay here again.
Newly refurbished apartment. Very clean and finished to a very high standard. The location is ideal. The children loved the fussball table. The stairs weren't a problem but some might find them too much. The car parking space is tight enough to back in to and might be tricky for some. It's a perfect luxury apartment to explore Rouen.
Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to be able to open the windows and have fresh air in the room. The location is ideal for the historic centre of Rouen..quiet and safe.
For a budget hotel, this was perfect. The rooms were very clean, lovely big shower and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking too, you really can't ask for more. The cold buffet breakfast was perfect, for the price paid and all food fresh and tasty. The location may have been a bit industrial, but the docks, town centre and beach were all within walking distance (15 /30 /45 minutes away) and if you don't like walking, they were drivable with plenty of parking options.
Everything went well. As expected (good) for a budget hotel until Breakfast. Good parking, secure car park. Location a bit tricky to find but ideal for transit back to Calais. Evening meal inexpensive and tasty. Great communication and customer service.
