It was very convenient to stores, public transportation, and town center 10 minute walk. It was a breeze to catch the D bus to Geneva. Very comfortable, clean, quiet, and Landry was a great host. We had a great time.

It felt like staying at the relatives at country side. Very warm, comfortable, cozy. The owners were both very nice and helpful. We were travelling by bicycles and were given a space to park them inside the garage. The room had it's own bathroom and toilet and was isolated from the owner's part of the house. There was a coffee-machine (and coffee), a microwave, plates, forks, spoons, etc.

La Colonie is located in Collonges, in the Haut Jura Natural Park area. It is set in a building dating from 1801, just 2 km from Fort l'Ecluse. Guests can use the communal kitchenette. A very cozy, quite place in an old building. It s renovated and nicely decorated, very clean. It looks even nicier than in their photos.

Unbeknownst to us was a kitchenette in the suite. That allowed us to stay there at the chateau and enjoy the incredible scenery. The size of our suite allowed us to have a very open feeling as well as room enough to freely move about. I can’t say enough about our accommodations except superb.

Amazing service. This is an expensive hotel but the staff were amazing particularly Mathew. The food was particularly good, the French restaurant food was great. View of the mountains and grounds are beautiful.
