Gave us a map of the area and pointed out the nearby attractions and restaurants Told us of the festival that was occurring and provided brochures and tips . Room was comfortable , exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The city is amazing and the history and architecture very interesting. We were sorry we were only there for one night checkout was quick and efficient

Our suite was very cosy and well equipped and everything was kept perfectly clean - the staff was cleaning and mending the room every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Coming from the bridge by car the hotel is 30 seconds away and easily accessible. From it you can walk to the Cathedral or to Plaza Mayor in 10-15 minutes. THE ROOM HAD A BATH TUB!! (plus the built-in shower, of course)
