Charming elevator - very small, but could fit me with all our bags (husband had to take the stairs and meet me on the 3-d floor - the stairs are also charming). The room was quite spacious too with 2 (even 3) armchairs and a desk, and enough space on the floor to open and repack our luggage. Just 23 minutes and 22 euros away from the airport (we took an uber). Full autonomy with a magnetic key that opens all the doors (no need to ask the reception to buzz you in). Definitely recommended!

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to main spots and attractions. Very quiet at night and a lovely spacious terrace, which we didn’t make use of due to us staying in March but if it was summer, this would be ideal on evenings for a pre-dinner drink. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Lovely little coffee shop on the ground floor of the building that did a fabulous coffee for us each morning.
The hotel is very clean, good breakfast options, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the bus station and 10 mins away from metro station. And the cost of the accommodation was very cheap, considering other options around. We will definitely return.

Location was ideal. Very clean. Slept in 8 bed dorm. Everyone was thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable bed with individual lights and power. Showers and toilet clean. Staff were lovely. Free Wi-Fi.
Excellent stay for a stopover in Madrid. The location was perfect for walking to go to bars, restaurants etc and the room was ideal for a cheap overnight stay. It is small but exceptionally clean, quiet and has ensuite bathroom. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
The location is great -- right on Gran Via -- although prepare yourself, it might get a bit noisy. The hotel is very clean and has a daily room service (which was a surprise). The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We took the cheapest room and it was really small and old -- so if you want more comfort, it might not be a match. We loved the late checkout at 12pm. Overall, solid value for money.
Location was ideal, so central to everything. Apartment was spotless and had everything you would need. Very clean and spacious, modernly decorated. Roof top bar was beautiful aswell.

Great budget hotel in the middle of Madrid. Basic, but cheap and VERY clean. The staff seem to spend the whole day cleaning and polishing everything - I came back to my room to find that they had even cleaned a fingerprint from my window. Spotless!
