Apartment was very clean (except shower that was mouldy). Daytime the location was ideal for getting around.
Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby, and easy walking to places of interest, including the Guggenheim. Our room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Really liked the water cooler by the lift for refilling our water bottle. Breakfast, buffet style, was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were really helpful and friendly. All in all, for a budget hotel, it was excellent.
Great location, very clean apartment and easy to deal with host
It was spotlessly clean, friendly staff , good security system and central location. It has a supermarket just across the street and is a few doors down from a very popular bakery and lots of wee bars and cafes. Ideal for a short break.
The location in a quiet pedestrian zone made it easy to reach many attractions on foot. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We dealt with Jeremy more than other staff. He was well informed and approachable and helped us with information about attractions, outings, restaurants, taxi bookings, etc. Other staff were also very nice to deal with.
Very good location, in the middle of a little square just outside the metro stop, making it easy to connect to the city. Nice, helpful staff. Simple place, but very clean, ideal for a couple nights sleep.

It was in a ideal location with everything on our door step. The two lads were very friendly and helpful. Aritz booked our transfer and taxi for us and showed us where to get the taxi to the bus station. Excellent service and spotless clean with very comfortable beds
