Guests can make use of a fitness centre. Everything was perfect. The facilities were new, very stylish and nice. The restaurants were really good but if I had to highlight something it would be the staff. They made our stay the best we have had so far in a resort. Specially the posh club staff.

Each room features 55 inch flat screen TV’s, safe boxes, minibar and exclusive bath amenities. The resort features two Olympic-size pools. The staff at this hotel is exceptional! Hard working and very friendly and helful. The cleaning staff is doing a fantastic job with the rooms! The design of the hotel maintains very well the traditional elements while having all modern amenities. We particularly loved Maya beach restaurant, for the food and ambiance, and as well the lebanese Arabesque restaurant which serves superb food. The room was wonderful, with a great bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and balcony with sea, pool and sunset view.

The hotel management is very lucky to have her among the hotel staff. If I would return to this hotel, it would be because of Mrs Massaouda professionalism. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was heated, and the beach was nice.

We had a great stay, from the welcome drinks to our special Head butler Hanna who took care of us from the moment we got here. Service and food was amazing we never had an empty glass or plate. Expect fine dining food portions- if in doubt order 2 they'll be more than happy to help. All restaurants included an all inclusive service. We recommend Casa Romana and the mandarin The resort is a secluded little paradise with plenty to do on site. The spa has now opened for massages, a must try!

The entire team of staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You can get a taste of almost everything Hurghada has to offer without setting foot outside the resort. There are excellent pools (some even leading up to the rooms!), a water park, wave pool, beautiful sandy beach (be sure to try kite surfing!), kids club and play area, and lots of fun activities all day thanks to the awesome animation team. You will never go hungry with the excellent selection of a la carte and buffet restaurants offering food and drinks all day. I can't express how much I highly recommend Titanic Palace to everyone looking for a resort in Hurghada!

Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is 36 km from Hurghada International Airport. An airport pick up and drop off is available against charge upon request. The property offers free parking. Staff, restaurants, pool and also everrythiinng was perfect. I recommend all of you to stay at this hotel and enjoy the perfection :)
