Puerto Ayora
A recently renovated apartment in Puerto Ayora and within 600 metres of Galapagos Beach at Tortuga Bay, Alma de cedrela features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. All rooms are equipped with a patio with views of the garden. Everything was wonderful! Martin and his family are amazing and my only regret is we did not get to spend more time with them (too busy enjoying the island). The beds are very comfortable, great shower and hot water, the air conditioning works great, and very spacious room. A very nice yard to relax in. It’s a few blocks off the Main Street and about 10 minutes to the waterfront. Very quite yet close to everything. If we come back to the island, we will stay then again!

It is set 1.5 km from La Estacion Beach and features full-day security. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Walter, our host welcomed us personally and he organized a transfer and taxi trip for us from the airport. He is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly, we were happy to have him as host. The place itself is quiet and comfortable, perfect for travelling couples. We would definitely go back!

700 metres from Puerto Villamil Beach, Black Pearl is situated in Puerto Villamil and features free WiFi, express check-in and check-out and a tour desk. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. We had a wonderful stay! From a warm welcome with lots of tipps for trips, tours, restaurants etc. by the host-family to large beautiful rooms, everything was perfect. Would for sure stay here again!

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, room service and organising tours for guests. the hotel’s staff was extremely helpful and they managed to provide us with such a cozy atmosphere, that we hadn’t had other option, but to fell in love with the place. It’s just spotless, the very place you expect being on island!

Stepping straight out of this B&B onto the golden sand you may have to walk at least 20 feet before the start of the surf at high tide! Fantastic location, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms close to all necessary amenities and close to an easily walkable (100m) range of on-the-beach cocktail shacks and restaurants. Would happily stay here again, ideal for exploring Isabella - but also taking a few beach days out from the whole Galapagos ecological wonder holiday.
Location is perfect. Very cheap for the town centre. Host lives downstairs so easy to reach. Secure main door. Spacious room. Hallway/stairway freshly painted and looking great. Fine for one night.
Great large bed which was very comfortable. Use of a kitchen. Great location with only a two minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff who were also very helpful. Very clean and made up the room every day.

Staff was friendly, the location is perfect. Right next to the street with all the affordable local food options, 2 minutes from the port and everything you'll need is super close. The hostel itself was exactly what I expected and more. Lots of space in the common area with 3 or more hammock on the property. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong. The managers offered fantastic recommendations and made our stay perfect.

The people were friendly, the wifi worked ok, location is pretty good because it’s just 10 min walk to the port and a few meters to restaurants … we booked the volcano tour at the hostel because it was 10 dollars cheaper. The los tunnels Tour was a bit more pricy than in other agency’s. Makes sense to compare the deals.

Best value for money by far in Puerto Ayora! It's all new and fresh, very clean and very safe. Hot water, room is cleaned daily, shampoo provided. The kitchen was amazing, very well equipped and free drinking water too. The location for us was perfect, being backpackers and on a budget meant that we saw more of the cheaper places to eat than there are in the town.
Hostal Nathaly is definitely a good option for travellers on a budget. The location is very nice, just 10 minutes walking from the port. Additionally, there are very cheap restaurants around, since the ones close to the port are very touristy and expensive. The staff is very friendly and helped me with every question, they let you leave your luggage at the hostel if your flight is in the afternoon. They also have snorkelling gear which they give to you for free during your stay, just ask. The rooms were simple but clean.
