The staff were so nice. The place is impeccably clean. Even after a windstorm, they cleaned the pool right away so we could enjoy it. Breakfast was terrific. Secure parking for cars or motorcycles.

The hotel had character and our room had a view of the river. The have a very reasonably priced package tour where you stay overnight in a cabin in the jungle after a full day of activities and canoeing down the river. We took it and the family loved it. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, but only a few blocks from the main plaza and the beach where all the monkeys play.

Hidden in the Amazonian Rainforest, Banana Lodge is a family-run B&B situated directly on the tropical Misahualli Riverside, a 10-minute walk from the town centre. We loved the common area, right on the banks of the river and very quiet. The location is just amazing (easy walk and close enough to the little town of Puerto Misahualli) The rooms are big and comfortable, wifi works well, the gardens are super beautiful, and good breakfast. Anna is a very nice and helpful host!

Green Bamboo Lodge has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in San Francisco de Borja. An incredible place, lots of nature and tranquility, excellent location near rivers and waterfalls. The staff was very kind to us. I will definitely return on my next vacation
