The entire hotel is efficient, clean, HUGE space with everything you could need. If we ever return to Düsseldorf (which was amazing btw) we will def stay here. Hane is the star, very helpful with every question and always with a smile. The coffee and Arabic sweets were greatly appareciated. Even the bathrooms in their restaurant was very clean, modern and efficient. The property is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the beautiful spots and great food. We thoroughly enjoyed Pho-X.

We also felt warmly welcomed by the thoughtful gesture of the "printen" (a must-have local gingerbread) on our beds. :) Our two-bedroom family room (Castle Room) was large, clean, comfortable and had a jaw-dropping view of the fairytale town of Monschau. Located right in the middle of the historic area, we were able to walk all around. We also walked to the shops/supermarket that are about 3 km away, in town. I highly recommend this property.
