The receptionist was very kind, helping with us advices, booking restaurant, and helping with the parking.We were advised to leave the a car in a nearby location, which was only a few steps away and even had some coins for the payment. Breakfast menu good and the food was tasty. Drinks in the room are nice addition. Toiletteries are prvided and good quality.

We were respectfully consulted by phone, administrator has answered all the questions even on a late weekend evening. There was also the possibility of early check-in the next day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is a common area with everything you need to have a quick lunch or breakfast. The concept of this hotel is mutual trust and respect! It's located just a few minutes walk from the Mikulov's gorgeous main square and the castle. The host was very responsive and helpful. We arrived late in the evening for a one-night stay to recharge on our way back home from Italy to Poland. It was such a nice surprise to find out the beds were already set up for us!
