They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant. To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!
