One of the breathtaking view in my life. Adam's service is exceptional. Go above and beyond. We were served with welcome drink and provided clear direction to another falls. He even discussed and prepared hearty to go breakfast. I wish I can stay longer and enjoy the breakfast on site. Other staffs were welcoming too.I like the coffee lounge and picnic room to heat our food. Very well thought. The room is cozy and fully equipped. I will recommend this hotel to my friend.
Zermatt

The view is spectacular and amazing.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
The room is spacious and big enough for 2 people. Bathroom is superb.
The breakfast does not have a lot of option, but still great for me. Maybe, just maybe in the future, hotel can add option of "halal meat" to make it more easier for muslim.
Anyhow I enjoy my stay.
Zermatt

Loved this hotel! Felt super welcome from the moment we arrived, Jeannette and the rest of the staff are all absolutely lovely! Hotel is in a perfect location with amazing views but just enough away from the centre to give you a bit more privacy. Rooms were very clean and modern, even though we stayed in the “budget room”. A great hotel with around 200 years history. Very well maintained with very clean facilities. It is in great location with view of lake and mountain which makes it ideal for couple or family vacation. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and my boys asked to extend our stay. Our next stay will be definitely more than a week.

Great location, adequate furnishing, spotlessly clean, a wide range of kitchenware for cooking and a magnificent view of the valleys and the Alps. A friendly host who communicates well. An attractive, all-inclusive deal at a great price.
Great, central location. Very clean (shared bathrooms but had two on our floor to ourselves!) The breakfast was delicious and the fresh croissants were some of the nicest we’ve had! We also had a sink in the room on top of the shared bathrooms which was ideal plus for a triple room, there were 3 very comfy beds!
The property was central location. Spotless and the host took care of every need for travellers. Clear self check in, apartment was stocked with coffee, enough loo paper, serviettes, salt, dishwasher etc The hostess was always responsive to requests and went out of her way to give up tips and tricks to ensure our stay was convenient comfortable and affordable.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being right next to the station, Mannlichen lift and the end of the ski run in Wengen. We enjoyed using the extensive wellness area. Our budget room was compact as we expected, but it was also spotlessly clean. The food was good and the deserts excellent.
Very clean and comfortable apartment situated in a very good location. Ideally for those you are going for skiing or hiking. Very friendly hosts and good communication.
Excellent Location, just 14 mins walk or 5 mins bus ride from Interlaken Ost station. Property is very clean and check-in instructions are super clear. Felt very safe. They offer room service every day ( something I didn’t see in other places). I highly recommend you to have their breakfast by paying 10CHF per person extra (very affordable compared to restaurants in Swiss). Would love to visit again :)
