We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.
Lauterbrunnen

It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. Strategically located.Can see Staubbach water fall clearly from room view. One of the breathtaking view in my life. Adam's service is exceptional. Go above and beyond. We were served with welcome drink and provided clear direction to another falls. He even discussed and prepared hearty to go breakfast. I wish I can stay longer and enjoy the breakfast on site. Other staffs were welcoming too.I like the coffee lounge and picnic room to heat our food. Very well thought. The room is cozy and fully equipped. I will recommend this hotel to my friend.
Zermatt

The facilities were spotless, the staff helpful and the 4 person female dorm comfortable with its own toilet and large shower. I appreciated the allocation of a lower bunk to enable me to deal with some mobility issues and the company of the other women was pleasant.

The apartment was spotless, and kitchen and everything in the kitchen was very clean. Location is great, 1min from the skilift. Denner was just across, and Coop is a 5-minute walk. The kitchen has everything you need.
The property was in ideal location in the center. The property was very clean and organised! You have all the basic kitchen utensils but no ingredients. You need to buy your own cooking groceries. There is a car park available which is free of charge. The apartment is very spacious- has three rooms, one double and three single bed. Overall a good apartment for a family stay!
The apartment was spotless! The location was very close to the lifts and the main street which was ideal. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to use Zoom and make video calls easily (it may be different during high season as I visited in November and it wasn't very busy) The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a super easy and comfortable stay!

Good location from the Chur train station, so it's ideal for those who want to catch the Bernina Express. We had a really beautiful and very clean room. Beds were comfortable. We had enough space for our things. We had more than enough towels. Breakfast was great. There was a good selection of food. I wish we stayed longer in this area and hotel.
The location was ideal, as it was walking distance from the Interlaken West train station. There was a good spread of food provided for their breakfast. The room was very clean, the toilet was spotless and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on.
