Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge. The homestay has family rooms. The basic coffee, tea,milk, drinking water, salt, pepper ,oil and sugar are provided. Location is good for us. They provided all necessary appliances. The interior design is very tastefully done. Its 5 minutes walk to the Fraser River Park, 8 minutes walk to Safeway supermarket and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommended and near the airport.

If you’re attending an event at the stadium/arena, this is the perfect location as it is right next door to both. Close to all other downtown amenities (ample dining, shopping and entertainment in the area). Although it wasn’t inexpensive, it was far less than other hotels in the area and a portion of the proceeds go towards the YWCA, benefitting women and family programs. The room was spotless and the beds were SUPER comfortable! Delicious Nespresso coffee was served all morning. I felt safe and secure in the area.
The location was great. It was easy to navigate from and easy to access. I loved the underground secure parking. The property was very clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen wares, dishes etc. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have tv's in every bedroom. The entire unit was spotlessly clean!
It was cheap and most of all, the room was very clean. It was a perfect trip without any flaws. Additionally, there was a manager who promptly and kindly responded to inquiries. The location was great and being able to cook was even more perfect.
They provided a Shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel…..and back to the airport the next day……which was fabulous……and relieved any stress. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff were professional and friendly. We were able to have a late checkout. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The location was ideal.
The Barclay is in a great location and it is cheap. It was clean but dated which is expected for the price they charge. It is about a 15 walk to the airport. Honestly, with other hotels in the city charging double, it's hard to beat the Barclay if you're traveling on a budget.

The room was very clean if dated. Staff were very good and helpful liquor store and near by resteraunt were very handy! Location to the airport and highway were excellent every room had parking in front of its door Not the fanciest motel but very good for anyone on a tight budget
