This place is amazing. David was very helpful, day and night on the phone. House is very nicely decorated, clean. We loved this place and if we ever come back, we'll be happy to stay here again. This accommodation comes with car so we had a chance to discover the secret places. Thank you David and Tammy for gifts and the rum care, we loved it so much we bought two more to take home.

Very relaxed, quiet, awesome location. Staff were friendly and helpful. So much cheaper than other properties on Paradise Island.
The location was very good for proximity to the downtown area, great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable and equipped with basic essentials. The breakfast option at the hotel next door was very convenient. Communication with staff and check in was easy, highly recommend- a much more affordable and enjoyable way to holiday in the Bahamas if you don’t want an over priced resort
We could not have been happier with our stay. Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The location can’t be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We are already looking forward to a return stay
The staff and owners are lovely people and make your stay a great experience. The location is amazing being right near the beach and the addition of a swimming pool is fantastic. The food offered was always fresh and tasty as were the beers and cocktails. Everything is very clean and beautifully kept. We had potential problems with our flight when we were leaving and the owners were extremely helpful if we had required an additional nights stay.
We liked the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of Dining options and all were good (low cost to high end)
The property was very clean, in a good location to various attractions such as the fish fry, Junkanoo and Saunders beach (Saunders was our favourite). You can also hop on and off to the buses to get to Downtown and cable beach etc. We were well looked after by Julie our host who was very quick to help us answer any questions.

Walking distance to the Coral and Marina Village, especially via the blackdoor. Central location on Paradise Island. Very good hot breakfast. Very clean room. Has a nice pool if one feels lazy.
