Located between the Dolomites and the Alps, Lienz is an ideal starting point for tours and excursions. This is a GREAT & very MODERN place to stay (it is brand new from 2021, it even smells brand new when you enter the room 😉). Our studio was even more spacious/bigger than on the photo. Everything is extremely clean, well organised and with a very modern design. The floor is from real wooden parquet. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We appreciated the self-checkin automat which is very easy to use. The owners are very easily available by email or by phone in case you have additional questions and they are super friendly. Safe public parking space (at the central station, 4€/day) is easily available on a 4 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, near to restaurants (we went to the "Adlerstüberl" for example, very good) This apartmenthaus Nr1 fully deserves 10/10 score! (even 11/10 if that would be possible ;-)). Price-quality is excellent!

Featuring mountain views, The Dolomiti View features accommodation with a balcony, around 1.4 km from Aguntum. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. The spacious room was beautiful and comfortable. Coffee machine in room. Everything was clean. Modern bathroom with good shower. The bathroom is not en-suite, just next door, but it was not a problem as the guests are the only people on that level of the house. Very quiet neighbourhood. Parking space on the property. There is a bakery nearby, and also a very big Interspar just down the road, a couple of minutes' drive, can also walk to it, about 15 minutes. We ate at the Interspar cafeteria and the food was good - low prices after 4pm. Beautiful area next to the mountain.

It offers a private terrace with barbecue facilities, a ski storage room and free WiFi in all areas. Liked everything, nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. It was spacious and warm. The host was very welcoming

The family-run Gästehaus Steinerhof enjoys a quiet location in Nikolsdorf and offers views of the Lienzer Valley Floor and the Lienzer Dolomiten Mountain Range. The centre of Lienz and the Zettersfeld and Hochstein ski and hiking areas are about 12 km away. The location, far from all of the main roads and the noise. Amazing view, great breakfast, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Definitely will come back.
