l had a wonderful stay with my wife. The airport shuttle driver and lodge recommended taxi driver were the best and reliable. i loved their breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like on the pictures. The staff were friendly. And l love the fact that they are about to finish their Conference center which can be good for business meetings when l come back to Bulawayo for business.

Staff are very friendly, good location and good breakfast, and spacious rooms.
The rooms and the entire hotel is very clean and it's located in a very quite area.
Staff were very supportive when I was unwell on one of the days during my stay and they ensured that I had everything that needed. Would like to say thank you to the member of staff (forgot the name) and the chef who came to my room to check if I needed anything.

Wonderful experience, staying in such a historic and interesting building. The staff were all lovely, the meals were good and the location central and peaceful. The building has been beautifully maintained and was spotlessly clean. The miles of teak parquet flooring are particularly gleaming and impressive!
Spotlessly clean.Super secure central but quiet location. Staff cheerful and extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast..they even provided a packed meal for a very early morning departure. A living museum with superbly refurbished rooms that haven't lost their character. Value for money.
