They were there to attend and support several requests I had including an adapter for my laptop plug and keeping my bag for the day after I completed my check out. The room was well equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was rich and tasty with a very good coffee machine that makes the best coffees for a good start of the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, just 10-15 minutes walk from Registan Square, and many other landmarks closeby accessible by walk. Family hosting was very hospitable and friendly. The room I stayed was spacious, and had all the amenities like soap, shampoos, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, towels, hairdryer etc. It even had a smart TV. What I liked the most was that the whole place was extremely clean, not even a particle of dust anywhere in sight. The bed was also extremely comfy, and my back feels really good after sleeping there. Absolutely loved it. Peaceful, quiet, central location, clean, and a breakfast included which had everything necessary to start your day. And you can also grab a tea, coffee, or water, as well as some snacks whenever you want as kitchen is always opened. Thank you!

Overall the Diplomat Hotel gave more than we expected, the place was good inside and outside. Furnishing, interior decorating was so wonderful. Also it is very near to our target place Registan Square. There are also lots of good places near Diplomat Hotel, you don't need to rent a car to go around places and visit the sites, places and most importantly are the food places near the hotel. The place is run by the Owner itself and together with his family, they are all very helpful and accommodating, and food was awesome.
