    excellent location, walking distance to Khudoyor-Khan Palace, some rooms were newly renovated and bright. As we had to leave before breakfast, they gave us nice breakfast box which was appreciated.

    Very well located in Kokand. Staff were really nice and helpful- English speaking staff were also available. Accomodation was good considering the location- bedroom was very clean and there was a nice terrace.

    I was only in Kokand for a night, and just needed a sound place to stay there. My room (ensuite twin I think) was very clean as was the bathroom, the aircon worked very well - which it needed to - and check in and check out was very smooth. Location is very good, although it's about 20 mins to the palace, but less than five from the equally stunning Jume Mosque.
