Exceptional customer service. Ameen at the reception spoke perfect English and went out of his way to help me and my husband buy a train ticket. Rooms are very clean and a decent breakfast spread. They kept our luggage safe after checkout. Points to improve: wifi connectivity needs to be stronger. Overall, excellent hotel with super helpful staff.

Very helpful and friendly staff - really helped me out as I had issues with registration which is required when staying in Uzbekistan more than 3 days. My previous hotels did not register me, which caused problems but thankfully the staff contacted the police for me and arranged all the paper work 🙏🏼 thank you again.
