We stayed 2 nights in mid September at Chinor Hotel, Andijon while touring the Fergana region & towns of Andijon, Margilon, Ristan, Kokand.. Fabulous hospitality by the family esp their handsome sons who run the hotel. They helped us buy our Canon charger, send us to the bazaar, arranged a day trip to the towns of Fergana region & Misha, the son offered to accompany us on the road trip as the driver does not speak English! That is hospitality at its best! Thank you guys. All the best & may we meet again. 🌸

I walked to the hostel from Andijan train station and walked from the hostel to Andijan bus station, where I took the minibus 777 to Osh (15,000 uzs). Just next to the 777 minibus station in Osh, there were beeline Sim card store and money exchange stalls. I first changed some leftover uzs into kgs and bought Kyrgyzstan Sim card. The hostel is in the market where you can buy fresh fruit if you like it. When I was staying at the hostel, my room, bathroom, and toilet were all clean. They burned incense in the bathroom and the toilet. They can't speak English but they can understand English a little. Anyway they are very kind and friendly. Good room with Triple beds

Excellent small hotel, not a hostel (though the same people run the Sheyk hostel at a different location). Very helpful staff. Very nice bed, very good ensuite shower and bathroom, kettle and fridge, well-placed power sockets. Very convenient location for town centre and for the train station. Not the cheapest but really well designed and very well managed small hotel.
