The property is in a really good location and is handy for Harvard university, and also the subway to the centre of Boston which is a few stops away.
The property itself was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.
It's in a nice neighbourhood and is set back from the road and very quiet at night.
Off street parking was very handy and right outside the door.

Breakfast was excellent. Quality of food and cleanliness was tip top. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, right outside the exit of a major interstate highway. Very convenient to reach MIT and Harvard.
The owner Christina is super friendly and so welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The location was perfect for the Head of the Charles regatta. Close enough that I could walk back to the hotel after the event was over. The staff were all fantastic, friendly, and ready to help. I loved that housekeeping came by to tidy up and provide fresh towels, despite the fact that I was only there for two nights. Typically, most hotels require you to stay longer, which I'm not a fan of. The room was beautifully decorated. I loved the modern, neutral colours and decor. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean.
The staff were amazing and always helpful and friendly! The room was a generous size and very clean and quiet. The food at Josephine's was excellent as was the service. The location was within easy walking to Harvard and area, easy access to Boston.
Excellent location nearby to restaurants,shops & the T station. Steven was such a helpful host giving us all the necessary information to make our visit to Boston good. The fact that we could park & leave the car whilst we explored was ideal. Thoroughly recommend this B&B!
The hotel is in a great location!! Across the street from a shopping center with some nice shops and cafes, and a subway station. The room was spacious, needs a bit of renovation but good for the price and clean. The breakfast was nice, you can make your own waffle, there's coffee and yogurts, bread, mini muffins in a bag that I took on the go. The staff was very nice! Overall you get a pretty good deal for the price.
