I truly liked everything about SpringHill Suites! The kindness and helpfulness staff made the experience. The location, the gorgeous design of the premises, the super breakfast were plusses. The location was super convenient; it is located just off the expressway.
We made use of the bar in the evening for a couple games of pool. It was pretty quiet inside as we were there during the week.

There was no breakfast. The room was spacious and laid out nicely. The bed was comfortable, the TVs were easy to program (we brought in our own ROKU which worked great. The pots, pans silverware, glasses plates were fine. Location was good with good transportation to all of Kenosha through I94, W50 and 158. Some nice restaurants nearby and shopping. Wireless worked fine and was fast. The fitness center was clean and adequate.

After a fair share of problems with Hilton Group Hotels in the Midwest, we finally arrived in Racine. What can we say: this was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Everyone is fully engaged to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The staff were all wonderful, friendly, attentive.
Example: Pool towels were not just put in a shelf, but spread on the tables around the pool and nicely placed. Almost reminded me of a cruise ship.
The breakfast was fine, staff cleaned up after every person.

Excellent stay - 5 stars! The hotel has been completely updated inside. The room was beautiful - Very Clean. The colors are bright, happy and soothing. The view over the harbour was stunning. The breakfast room was freshly painted - breakfast was available a little earlier than the posted 7am time (we appreciated the earlier time). Check-in was fabulous. The manager was very nice, patiently answered all of our questions, had suggestions for dinner. Our room was very quiet. Parking is on the same lot as hotel. A wonderful stay. Thank you!
