We were very satisfied. Oh, and we were in the room for hearing accessibility. Never had that before. I am hearing impaired, and we did try out the hearing "switch". Nice. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was very clean and fresh. The lady working the breakfast area was very professional polite and genuine. She was the nicest caring employee there who took pride in her job.
Amazing hotel, I can't believe it was so affordable. The staff was incredibly friendly. Saying the coffee is great would be an understatement. The restaurant in the lobby is top-notch. We came back a second time just to eat the crepes. We will not be staying anywhere else in Grand Rapids.
The breakfast options were good, I liked the fact that they supplied fruit and Greek yogurt - the coffee really hit the spot! Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Location was easy to find and close to shopping and attractions, they had just baked fresh cinnamon rolls when I checked out, they smelled fantastic.
Friendliness of staff, quick to help and check in. Location was ideal, room was clean and we slept good on beds. Enjoyed the tub/ shower combo. Over all we had a great time.
