The house was very clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating with our arrival time. The day of arrival we had a really bad snow storm and our arrival was later than expected due to road conditions. The house was very inviting when we arrived. It will be hard to stay in a hotel from now on.

We loved this cute house with all the nice details. Absolutely lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean, nice furniture and decorations, very good equipped kitchen. Easy to find and to get in, nice neighborhood. Ideally located to visit beautiful Colorado National Monument and do some mountain biking near Fruita. Thank you for this good experience.

Staff Team were exceptional, wonderful warm welcome. Extremely helpful. Great location, good breakfast with NO plasticware either. Hooray. The bed was probably the most comfortable ever. The quality of bedding was really good. The laundry facility too was great value, a nice surprise. No hidden extras either. Thank you for a very happy stay.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. They gladly provided us a toothbrush and toothpaste kit, a pair if scissors, and extra shampoo and conditioner (even though there were dispensers in the shower that were plenty full... I didn't notice until later 😉) There were no problems with the pets that were there, including our dog. We will go there again.
