Horrible. The reception lady called the cops on me because she over exaggerated. She charge before telling me that the WiFi didn’t work and then when I asked to be reimbursed she said no so we argued and she called the cops. I asked her to give me a code for the WiFi which she could give prior to the arguing and she refused. The manager came when the police came and she proposed by then to give me a code. I refused and at that point she wanted to leave the premises. It was the worst experience ever when it comes to customer service. At the lobby it was so lourd because they were having a party. The location is like 15 minute away drive and no access to the WiFi. I am very very deceived. Finally they charged me 175$ for late cancellation when I was there and it was their fault. Never again. I hope higher management get to see this message and try to give a better training to the young front lady

A very clean and spacious apartment, perfect for our needs! I had high hopes in booking this, and the apartment exceeded everything I'd hoped for!
Two large bedrooms and two full baths as well as a full-sized kitchen and a washer and dryer. The apartment includes complimentary wi-fi, towels, bed linen/sheets, kitchen equipment, dishes, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, as well as free parking, and just about anything else we needed. It has very comfortable beds and a cozy living area. The apartment complex is nice and is situated in a good, quiet area close to many stores and restaurants, and with easy access to major roads.
The apartment manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental to others!

It was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the free breakfast, the only thing I wish the had a place to eat dinner. they are surround by places but, After driving 10 hours I didn’t want to venture out for dinner. I am familiar to the area I usually stop down the rd to the doubletree but decided to stay here due to my husband stayed and said check it out it’s a few dollars cheaper than the doubletree and I did ! I enjoyed all the Hiltons ! I am a true fan .

We have stayed at this location several times and have always been very happy. Beds are comfortable (4 pillows too), rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Love the convenience of having the shampoo/conditioner and body wash already stocked in the shower. Booking through Priceline makes it much more affordable.
The room was very nice. Also very clean. The best thing was the help we got when they couldn't find the reservation we made through Priceline.. No reservation but they had a room for us & it was cheaper than the Priceline rate. They were VERY helpful!
It's an affordable place to stay. It's comfortable and clean. Don't expect anything special. It was a good location with a good price for a one night stay, on our way to Florida from Montreal.
Hotel was spotless, rooms were spacious and functional and the jaccuzzi was awesome. There's also a classy bar and the staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location.
