A total of 7 people visited San Diego on a family trip and booked this accommodation. The host informed us in advance how to enter and information about the accommodation, and it was not difficult at all to find or enter the accommodation. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood, with supermarkets and gas stations located 2-3 minutes away by car, and highway accessibility for traveling to tourist attractions was very good. Next time I go to San Diego, I want to stay at this hotel again.

The location was great! We were always 15 min or less from everywhere we wanted to go! This condo is perfect for wheelchair users, the bathroom is very spacious, doorways wide enough for wheelchair to fit through. This condo was nice and clean and very tastefully decorated. Indoor parking was nice. People in the building were friendly. Highly recommend!!!

It was clean. It has all essential stuff(microwave, fridge, tv). The wifi was also good. This place is really convenient for short and budget trips. It wasn’t overcrowded. Parking has many spots.

The pond needs to have microbes 🦠 thrown in to eat algae as it was beautiful but stinky. I have ponds on my property, it’s so cheap on Amazon to throw a couple handfuls in and watch yet he water 💦 change from green to clear!

I didn’t try their breakfast during my stay so can’t say how it was. Location is pretty good. It’s near many restaurants and food places. I also liked the fact that the bathroom was pretty clean.
For the Booking.com amount of $313 for TWO nights, this motel was GREAT! The "breakfast" wasn't much, and there was a deposit of $200 BEFORE we could check in, but for us, the location was great, the room was clean, (though wear and tear was present), the room had a microwave and fridge...and comfortable beds (pretty soft). We were right next to the freeway, but did not hear road noise!! :) We would stay there again.
Pleasant employees. Large, clean room. Medium refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The closet was big. The bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal for my purpose.
