It was not well kept and my bags were not locked and some items have been stolen, which I realized later. Also they charged me more than mentioned on booking.com saying it will be refunded as we charge $25 per day extra for security and till date I have not received the refund.

Staff is very helpful, including the breakfast staff and also special thumbs up to Bill, who's multitasking helps the things to run smoothly at the property. I have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in total ( 2 +1 ) over a 10 day period and this review applies to both stays.Staff were pleasant and helpful. My special thanks go to Grace, a receptionist, who among other helpful information, pointed out me that the Silver Line transport to the town was only few minutes away from the hotel. It was very safe and well kept area and so was the journey.

Overall its good loke rooms were good in size plus cleanikess was also great surrounding areas are lll beautiful and gree. Breakfast we took was not good it needs to improve alot . Everytime we need coffee or juice we needed to ask the server normally in other hotels self service stations are good to enjoy. Bread and cakes section lacks alot. Location is ok and u can't change though.
