Absolutely incredible stay and would recommend to anyone. We came here on our honeymoon and were unsure of spending the premium but we are so glad we did. The lodges are incredible and the staff treat you so well, our host (kind of like a butler) Salom, was so helpful and accommodating. We had a floating breakfast in our own private pool one morning, and then Kilindi organised a special seafood meal at the beach with sparkling wine as it was our honeymoon which was an absolutely amazing experience at sunset. All the food was delicious, the beach is beautiful, there are monkeys everywhere, definitely recommend!

The hotel is well located, a short walk from Kendwa beach. The breakfast was satisfactory, with plenty of fruit options. The staff was helpful as we checked in late due to a delay in our flight. The room was very large and clean.

Our stay at Kendwa Breeze truly felt like visiting a friend! This small, cozy, and tastefully designed hotel has only four rooms, giving it a very warm atmosphere. The owners, Elizabeth and Alex, along with all the staff, are extremely helpful and friendly. One of the highlights of our visit was definitely Scooby, their dog. The breakfast is big and delicious. While there is a bit of a walk to the beach, it’s manageable if you don’t have mobility difficulties. Kendwa Beach is beautiful and unaffected by the tides, so you can swim all day. There are many water sports available, and Elizabeth kindly helped us arrange them in advance. Highly recommended! 🐾

Relaxed place and best breakfast we had on Zanzibar. Renata is very kind and gave plenty of tips for our stay and was very helpful when our rental car wouldn’t start, she came to assist and even brought umbrellas when it started to rain. Convenient to have an Italian restaurant next door with great pizza/pasta and local dishes.

The hotel itself is very clean, modern and intimate with only 4 rooms. We enjoyed staying here and felt beyond safe and happy with our choice. The location is excellent , right next to the best beach in Zanzibar . There are several cheap local restaurants and a liquor store next to the hotel. Spacious rooms with a fridge. European style bathroom. Very clean. Nice helpful service. It's very safe here. Breakfast served on the top floor in the hotel restaurant is sufficient (fruit, tea, coffee, juice, eggs). The owner is friendly and communicative. You can pay by credit card. Wifi works flawlessly.
