Super clean and very spacious room and we could store our bikes safely downstairs. Different teas and coffees and a few snacks was a nice touch especially when you are travelling light on your bike. The host was very nice and helped us with anything we needed.

Although their English is limited, the hosts were very kind. You can reach out for help via WhatsApp although it may take them some time to answer. They did offer to get us a taxi since it is located on a more remote road. The morning we left they were kind enough to pack us a delicious breakfast to go. There’s breakfast on the patio daily. Beds were comfy. There is a cute dog playpen area with a dog bed and couch. And lots of complimentary snacks downstairs!

We happened to stay there during the 2024 Hualien earthquake. The hosts were amazing and a source of great comfort to us and other guests. They went out to fill the fridge with drinks, fruits, snacks, etc, and were always available to answer any questions we had. They got breakfast for everyone. They called a taxi for us and given the road closures, walked us to the pick up point. They also checked in with us after we left to ensure we managed to catch the train.
We liked the location of the property, which is near the beach and great for running. It is also close to the night market. Parking was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The tv also has streaming services. There is a bidet toilet. The property has a shared washing machine, and clean drinking water on the first floor. The hosts have an adorable dog called Ah Jiu, whom we loved. No complaints at all - while we wouldn’t wish an earthquake on anyone, we are so grateful we were staying at this accommodation when it happened.

Great location to base yourself if you're heading up the Gorge independently (we were on bike). Big comfortable rooms, water dispensers, free packet noodles so you always have an option if you don't feel like going out, quiet spot amongst the ride paddies
Good facilities. Had full dinner with buffet breakfast included. Very close to train station. Staff were very helpful. Good location if going to Taroko gorge.
The hotel is very clean and convenient. My finance and I rode our bikes from the Xincheng train station. The breakfast was tasty and free coffee was a great bonus!

Exquisite boutique hotel, looks new & very pretty. Room is very clean and staffs are friendly with prompt service. The breakfast spread is good consider that it's a small hotel and not fully booked when we were there.
Convenient location to train station and beaches and gorge, very clean, extremely friendly and accommodating hostess, everything was above and beyond! Highly recommend this excellent value stay.
