This is a new property that has been thoughtfully equipped and beautifully furnished with wonderful wooden features. The rooms are generous in size, comfortable with enormous baths and the grounds well planted with many types of fruiting trees. The host Ken was very welcoming and attentive to all our needs even provided a tea ceremony and good conversation. The communication has been smooth; the host sent several messages before arrival and was quick in replying to queries. Upon arrival, the host's daughter has turned on A/C in all rooms, which is nice in a hot summer. The whole apartment is well renovated and spotless clean. Some of the rooms might be on a small side, but they all have decent sizes of bathroom, with 3 out of 4 equipped with bath tubs. All toilets have washlets. The kitchen is well equipped as well. There are also some nice gestures which show great and unexpected hospitality, such as a beer machine, frozen chicken wings and nuggets, lots of extra ice cubes and sparkling water, drip coffees with the B&B's names on them, and soft drinks & snacks. What surprised us the most is the host's good connection to make a booking to a popular restaurant nearly which always has a long queue.
The apartment is also at an excellent location. It is within 10 mins walking to the night market.

The double bed dorm was very cosy with a comfortable bed, TV and a small but convenient storage space. It was very clean as well. The kitchen was very modern with drinking tapwater, a place to cook and even to make your own smoothie. We had a nice evening playing some games here. The hotel overall and the gust room were very clean and nice; the stuff was very professional when we asked the transportation to famous night market they immediately offered a taxi arrangement.
Their location is pretty good within 10 minutes of walking distance to Chiayi's 2 big department stores.
Their breakfast buffet bar offered both Chinese and Western foods.
It is a really nice place. It is very clean and the staff is really kind and always willing to help you even though when I did check-out. The facilities are interesting and the capsules provide a comfortable blanket and a pillow and privacy. Inside of them you can connect usb, control lights and air. Also, location is quite strategic if you want to explore the city.
Huge room, you can see it had some years, but very clean. The staff is nice, and the hotel has the ideal location if you want to go to Alishan, just in front of the bus and train station.
The self check-in went smoothly. This hostle has an amazing common room. It's not too big, but it's cute and cozy. You can find all the necessary facilities in their mini kitchen. There's a mat on the floor next to the window with cozy cushions where you can relax.
The beds are comfortable and large. The location is also very good. The bathrooms are out of the rooms and are very clean. There were also hair driers outside of the bathrooms. The rooms are a bit small, so I took my bags outside the room the next morning to pack.
It was one of the cheaper options and we booked the cheapest room they had so we did not spend a lot of money which was nice. Location was great, lots happening around the hotel, very close to the forest railway station which we had to go to after checking out.
Wifi was also good and airconditioning worked amazing.
We stayed in a dorm and it was great. I've never been in a better structured dorm before. It didn't feel like a lot of people at all even so there were definitely a lot in there. You had your own little corner, space to store your luggage, your own TV, table, curtain, safe, socket and light. It was very clean. The bathrooms were always clean as well and the property's location is great. I highly recommend this place.
