The location of the hotel is great. The hotel give us shuttle service to the ski area. It took less than 5min. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. everything was taste so good. I like the gym, pool, hamam and sauna. All stuff are so kind and professional. My room is clean and my bed is comfortable. I would love to come back again next year :)

I really loved my time at this hotel. I would have stayed definitely longer if there were more things to do or see in Erzurum or more nature. The staff they're the best, so kind and welcoming. They even accompanied me to the bus stop to make sure that I got to the right one. Everything was better quality than I expected at the room. The price & quality relationship is incredibly good in this region of Turkey. I don't think you can find better. The location is the best, in the very center, with all the main attractions at less than 10 min walk distance.
