The location was easy to get to with a car but not convenient for someone who doesn’t have a car. The staff were absolutely amazing , pleasant and helpful despite the lack of the English language! We felt as though the it was our home.

Everything was perfect: the room was comfortable and clean, the location was great, in the centre of the old town and the staff was kind and always helpful. The hotel is really beautiful and the view from the terrace is just astonishing.

The reception stuff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed having a chat there. The room was ok. The WiFi worked well in the room. Parking was on the street in front of the hotel. There was always enough space. Breakfast was very good and there was a coffee and tea maker in the lobby of the hotel that you could help yourself to. The location was also good within walking distance to the old city and plenty of shops.
Absolutely delightful hotel in a beautfully renovated old building. The staff were charming. Lovely terraces and sitting areas and courtyard. The rooms were tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious meals and good breakfast. Good location for waking round old Midyat. Highly recommended.
