The location on the river was fantastic. It has a beautiful view of the tombs right from the terrace where they serve a delicious Turkish breakfast. The hotel arranged for the water taxi to iztuzu beach to pick us up right from the hotel. We only stayed one night but loved this hotel experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as a family of 4. I just booked over the recommendations on Booking. Our stay was super comfortable and we felt like at home thanks to the family operating the hotel. Special thanks to Berkay who made sure our trip was memorable. He went out of his ways to arrange us a special boat tour and shared the best spots around Dalyan. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Hot water and the AC worked with no problems. The location is very walkable to anywhere in downtown. I would not stay anywhere else in Dalyan and I am looking forward to come back with friends and family! We didn’t use the pool or eat at the hotel but the pool looked clean and they have an extensive menu. They were very nice to offer some Turkish tea. Overall great experience and you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful!! The villa is just fabulous! spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need, super comfy beds and very much needed air con in all the bedrooms and lounge, we had some fabulous bbqs and the terrace was perfect for shade during the day and meals on the evening.The pool was amazing!! And also super well maintained and spotless, along with the lovely garden. So easy to walk to the nearest supermarket and into town where there were great restaurants and shops, literally 10 mins. Communication with Nigel was brilliant and he certainly went above and beyond to help us with anything! We would not hesitate to return, a huge 11 out of 10 from us!!

I was after a place to stay that offered a good level of facilities, space and a big dose of peace and quiet. This Villa has all of this in spades. This is the most outstanding Villa. It is very well appointed, super clean, with more than enough space for the two of us, as it sleeps 8! The location was supremely quiet, but some might think a 20 odd minute walk into town a bit of a trek, particularly when it's 40 degrees. Taxi's are plentiful and cheap though. Contact with the host was amazing, I never felt like I was just being left to it, and that there was always someone contactable for any issues, of which there were none. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and cannot wait until I can do it all again. To Paul and Jo, thank you so very much for having such a beautiful place

My wife and I had the best time at Verdi's place. We stayed at a large newly-renovated apartment with fast Internet. Location was perfect - quite but still a short walk away to the beautiful river and nightlife. Verdi was a perfect host. He is an avid hiker, climber, and explorer and is very knowledgeable regarding where to find the most amazing nature spots in Dalyan - including the hidden ones. We will definitely stay at Verdi's place again the next time we're in Dalyan - and there will be a next time!
