The staff are so welcoming, the room (402) was spacious and cleaned every day! The grounds are lovely. It’s a short 5 minute walk until you reach the start of the restaurants. The breakfast is Turkish and fairly basic but ample, you have to pay extra for bacon, orange juice.

The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself.
The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed!
We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.

Room was comfortable. Pool is wonderful. Facilities are good. Staff are exceptional (especially family-owner Igou and barman Kaan). We wanted for nothing and were welcomed from the minute we arrived. Love the dogs and cats who also welcomed us!
