I'll start with the most important thing: Nurettin at the front desk is AMAZING! Professional, kind, attentive, and helpful, he made this exhausted traveler feel not only welcome, but taken care of. That's not to say that the hotel itself fell short, either. From the elegant lobby to the marvelously comfortable room (complete with cozy linens and super-soft towels), everything made for a soft place to land upon arrival in Istanbul. With all the amenities in the room and lovely Nurettin just a phone call away, it was practically a home away from home! Last but not least, the airport shuttle was prompt, comfortable, and outfitted to make me feel like I was traveling in style... On a budget!
