The hotel itself is very pretty and we were in general happy with our stay there.

The place seems to be lived in mostly, not a tourist place.
If you just want a cheap room, with easy access to MRT (10mins to Charan 13) then it is good. I've done the hotels in centre of BKK and needed a budget place to sleep this time.

They have free water for guests, and the location is perfect if you're planning to visit China Town or local temples :)
Apartment is quiet and has everything you need
Great location for visiting Wat Arun (15min walk away), the Great Palace and other temple closeby, there is a street market every morning before 10am for easily getting local food mainly locals shop there. A little far from the subway (20min walk). The tenants are super nice and are always willing to help. Coffee and fresh water available for free. Possibility to rest a the terrace in the rooftop. Thanks a lot
