This is a very new hotel with all the facilities very new and clean. With so many stays in budget hotels in Thailand ranging from THB 500 - 1500, I would say this hotel is the best out of all in terms of the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. For most of the budget hotels I had stayed, most of them require to travel in via car, so the location is not a concern for me.
