I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

It was a really nice place to enjoy the peacefulness of the valley of Chiang Dao. This hostel has a perfect common place to take the breakfast or chill at the evening. You even have free bread, jam, banana and water.
The host is really nice and is here if you need anything. If you really want to go the market or visit the different places of the valley, you can rent her a motorbike.
We slept in the tent and it was really comfortable. They gave you everything for the cold nights : blanket, mattress and pillows. It's a good cheaper option.

It was lovely stay. The igloos were cool and the experience was crazy. The lady who runs it is so sweet and very accommodating. Her cooking is amazing!! We enjoyed our time here.

The place was astonishingly beautiful (tranquil rice fields, hills) and quiet. This could be enjoyed from the nice terrace of every apartment. It was very funny that besides the property, there was a small bubble tea truck (apparently for schoolgoing children in that area. Also, google maps marked some restaurants in walking distance. This turned out to be very simple food stalls (just a table and a wok), but which made great pad Thai nonetheless!
We also liked that breakfast and dinner was served at the little house we stayed in.

Goy, who was hosting the property, was very kind and happily drove us to a nice cafe nearby to have lunch. Excursions in the area can also be booked at the property.
Finally whereas the apartments look simple from the outside, they are well- and stylishly equipped and have great airco.

This who experience was just fabulous. It was a very peaceful and quiet environment with many specail little touches that made the stay almost like a fairytale. The whole place has fairy lughts everywhere at night and the bamboo swing on the pattio adds such a nice touch. We loved the swimming pool and their meals were freshly prepared and really deliciouOur hosts went out of their way to take us to the village and to a taxi when we needed to go back to Chaing Mai. The whole visit was superb.

The view was lovely from all parts of the hotel, but especially from the room that we got! The bathroom was really nice with a shower that works perfect and amenities that were great. Breakfast was also very nice!

The staff were great, Tina was awesome. We were stuck with no accommodation for a night during Songkran. All places booked out but she rang the hotel and spoke Thai for us and secured a room. The location is close to beautiful waterfalls and a huge lake with boat rides, It’s a rural setting so not a lot of restaurants around but we managed. Rooms are spotless. Grounds are lush.

The value was really good, we were really excited our tight budget could allow us to stay in the countryside.

Something to keep in mind, there is a key deposit for 300b. We didn’t go to the atm before arriving so keep some extra cash on you for the deposit.
Set in a peaceful location with a beautiful garden area. There is a nice swimming pool although we didn’t get chance to try it out.
The host was really warm & friendly & gave us some useful information about what we could do locally. Breakfast & dinner were really good with a good choice on the menu.

We loved the location of this hotel, in beautiful countryside on the edge of a small village. Lovely country walks right from the doorstep. A good location about one hour North of Chiang Mai, and ideally placed for many local activities including elephant parks and Sticky Waterfall National Park. Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Very good value at around TB1000 per night. Good simple food on site plus a good local Thai restaurant 200m away.
