This is a great little place. The room with private bathroom is good, the aircon is good, breakfast is very good, worth the price, Carlos is a very nice host who goes the extra mile to make your trip comfortable; organising boattrips, excursions on the island, airport transfer or even sometimes cooking a meal in the evening if he has the time. The house is very nice, the host is very kind. We asked for dinner, it was very good. The house is not in the downtown, the environment is quiet. It has air conditioning, which comes very handy. The access road is a dirt-road, in a usual surrounding as any small place in SaoTome, but the garden around the house is nice. It is a good price/value ratio, any time again. The north beaches are easily acessible from here. We could park in the garden, and they also offer car rental, which is a very good idea, we unfortunately rented from another company, and we did have issues with fuel. Had we rented from here, all the hassle would have gone. So rent their car if you book with them!

Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay
