The bathroom was very nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room was oriented to the yard, thus very quiet. But even if the room is faced to the street, the traffic is low and rooms are quiet. The internet was working without any problems. The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and prone to help. The breakfast was outstanding - for me one of the best ones I have ever had in a hotel! In the offer there is cold and warm buffet, wonderful selection of muesli and corn flakes with various nuts, amazing! Cheeses and fresh vegetables were outstanding quality :-) Both filter and espresso coffee, loose leave tee. At the end fabulous selection of cakes, therefore when planning to stay in Ruth hotel, don't forget to book the breakfast!

The staff are absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond and nothing is ever too hard to fix. I have stayed here 5+ times and I keep coming back because it is truly a hotel that feels like "home away from home". Perfect location and the beds are the best ones I've ever slept in at a hotel. Right in the centre of Gamla Stan, outlook over one of the busy, touristy streets but with entrance off a quiet, secluded lane. The double glazed windows kept the bustle of the street out effectively, and it was quiet at night.
